Returns PolicyIf you have any issues with Lyproxea or have any concerns, please email us to speak to us about a refund or replacement. If you become unwell taking this supplement, please seek medical advice immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns if you have changed your mind after delivery as the product cannot be re-sold.
What will happen?
Once your email is received our team will consider your concerns and respond to you by email or phone. If it is approved, then a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and include photographs and proof of purchase.
Late or missing deliveries
If you haven’t received your product within 21 days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 00649 968 8430. All orders are processed within one week of receipt although we understand that during busy periods postal services can experience some delays.
